Advertron Pty Ltd was founded in 2007 with 3 things in mind, IT, Business and Scalability.

Ever since we have been consulting business for their IT needs while providing the most feasible and cost-effective IT solutions.

How much does outsourcing cost?

Apart from being very cost effective, this is something we can discuss by accurately knowing the requirements of the project or the campaign. Some campaigns start from $10/hour per resource.

Does Advertron fully comply with Australian laws and legislation?

Yes, Advertron Pty. Ltd. Is an ASIC Registered company and complies with local tax, consumer and Fair Work laws.

Which time zones can staff work in?

They can work in whichever time zone you require them to work in.

How many developers can I hire at a time?

You can hire a single developer or a team 10 or more. We work with you to determine the project staffing requirements.

What are the skill levels of the developers?

The developer’s skills range from basic to advanced. No project is too small or too big.

How do we communicate with the developer?

You can hire from a few hours to as long as you wish.


How many calls can telemarketers make?

While there are many factors that can change this, it is approximately 150 calls for a standard 8 hour shift. The campaign and the target market can alter the number of calls.

Do you guarantee appointments or sales?

There is no guarantee. However we do guarantee that we will follow the process and provide input to improve it based on the calls made. Appointments and sales is a numbers game; as long as the campaign and the target market are correct, the rest is process.
We do work with our clients to determine the desired results for each campaign.

Will my staff remain the same?

From a training and consistency aspect – Absolutely. The telemarketers determined best for your campaign would be assigned permanently to you. We will manage them on a daily basis, however you will get to directly speak and coordinate with them as if they were your directly hired personal telemarketer.

How can we be assured on the quality of output?

All our telemarketers are well trained by mentors who possess extensive experience in the telemarketing and customer service field. We also have our quality monitoring in place to make sure that all agents are consistently performing a their peak. Regarding the appointments, leads, or sales, we ensure to forward you all data.

How do we get the appointments?

We will email you a daily report. They will include a detailed documentation of each of the calls made for the day and the appointments set or sales made. Alternatively, we can provide you a system that allows you to receive records of each appointment as it is made.

Is there a minimum contract?

We can provide staff from one day to as long as you like.

Is there a minimum amount of agents for a campaign?

No there isn’t. However for a successful campaign we recommend no less than 3 agents a day. It all comes down to the needs and requirements of each campaign.
